Got an idea from browsing the new expansion threads and one with a blue blizz poster who said the new Warchief could be anyone from Vol'jin to Jaina. They are always hinting she had something for Thrall...lol

I think that Jaina would be willing to lead the horde to peace if she could.
That would be one of the few ways the alliance and horde could have a long lasting peace agreement.
Although I suppose if she even tried Varian would not be too happy about it..... although his son might be more willing.
Would still be a far better choice than garrosh, thats for sure.
Jaina also wears the nicest outfits too.
